Methodology:
Swissocial's methodology is based primarily on the study of the variations or changes that a project causes in its beneficiaries. Swissocial uses a matrix that considers tangible and intangible, individual and collective variables, allowing us to combine the qualitative with the quantitative in a single tool that provides a comprehensive and robust analysis. For the diagnostic evaluation we use two instruments:

- the Social Enterprise Maturity Index: designed to determine the well-being of the organization at the level of management and administrative staff.

- the Hospital Management Index: aimed at measuring the operational and administrative management and the levels of care and attention of the beneficiaries in the hospital.
Social enterprise maturity index.
This methodology allows us to measure the degree of maturity of the organization from the point of view of a social enterprise. The value is expressed on a scale of points (minimum 0, maximum 100) so that, through a new evaluation in the future, it can be compared and differences established. We consider that the minimum value of each indicator must reach 60 points, in order to conclude that the organization has reached an acceptable level in that area.
To establish the business maturity index we used 8 main areas divided into 18 indicators as follows:

Hospital management
This methodology ponders two different instruments that complement each other and allows to measure the degree of maturity of the organization from the point of view of a social enterprise and the level of satisfaction of the patients. This allow us to measure the appreciation of patients as final beneficiaries with respect to hospital management and weigh and check the results obtained from the Social Enterprise Maturity Index.
